Social Impact
Our Purpose
At PMPS Consulting, we believe that responsible business goes beyond the delivery of successful projects. Alongside our professional services, we are committed to contributing positively to society by supporting education, encouraging excellence, and engaging with the communities connected to our work.
Our approach to social impact is practical and people focused. We aim to act with integrity in how we work, to support the development and wellbeing of our team, and to use our skills and experience in ways that create wider social value. This includes maintaining high professional standards, working ethically with clients and partners, and being mindful of the social and environmental context in which projects are delivered
Our charitable activities are directed with a motive of giving back to the society and are delivered in partnership with Subodh Foundation, a UK registered charity which was established in 2021. The foundation primarily focuses on supporting education, recognising academic excellence, and is committed to encourage and help to inspire the next generation of professionals.
Our Impact
Through the work of the Foundation, students are recognised for their efforts and achievements through educational awards and related initiatives. These activities are designed to celebrate excellence, promote ambition, and provide positive encouragement at key stages in a student’s academic journey.
Our people play an important role in supporting these initiatives. Team members are encouraged to engage with social and educational activities where appropriate, reflecting our belief that professional expertise and community involvement can sit naturally alongside one another.
We view social impact as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-off activity. We will continue to support educational initiatives and look for practical opportunities to contribute positively to society alongside our core business.
